The previous version of Online Banking is no longer available. If you cannot find any features you are looking for, please reach out to our Customer Service Center at (208) 733-4222 for assistance.
The account grouping feature has been replaced with Tags. Setup Tags on the Manage Accounts page to organize and filter your accounts.
To Add a Tag:
1. From the Accounts content block, click View All Accounts to open the Manage Accounts screen.
2. Click Add Tag in the upper-left corner.
3. Enter a Tag Name.
4. Select all the accounts you want to include in the tag
5. Click Add Tag.
6. Repeat these steps for any other tags you’d like to create.
The ability to hide accounts has been replaced with the Favorite Accounts feature. Only accounts that you mark as favorites will appear on your Online Banking home page.
Note: You can favorite up to 20 accounts.
If you no longer need access to one of these accounts, please contact us by Secure Message, visit a branch, or call our Customer Service Center.
The recent activity widget can be filtered to display activity from only the accounts you choose.
