Will my username and password change?

No, your existing login credentials remain the same.

Will my accounts still be there?

Yes, your accounts will remain the same.

Do I need to download a new app?

No. We recommend keeping your app updated to the latest version for the best experience. The new dashboard will automatically be available when it launches.

Will Bill Pay and Transfers still work?

Yes, those services are still available and easier to find.

Can I still deposit checks with my phone?

Yes, mobile Deposit is still available in the app.

Can I switch back to the previous version of online banking?

The previous version of Online Banking is no longer available. If you cannot find any features you are looking for, please reach out to our Customer Service Center at (208) 733-4222 for assistance.

How can I group my accounts in composable dashboard?

The account grouping feature has been replaced with Tags. Setup Tags on the Manage Accounts page to organize and filter your accounts.

To Add a Tag:

1. From the Accounts content block, click View All Accounts to open the Manage Accounts screen.

2. Click Add Tag in the upper-left corner.

3. Enter a Tag Name.

4. Select all the accounts you want to include in the tag

5. Click Add Tag.

6. Repeat these steps for any other tags you’d like to create.

How can I hide my accounts?

The ability to hide accounts has been replaced with the Favorite Accounts feature. Only accounts that you mark as favorites will appear on your Online Banking home page.

Note: You can favorite up to 20 accounts.

Why do I see accounts I don't recognize?

If you no longer need access to one of these accounts, please contact us by Secure Message, visit a branch, or call our Customer Service Center.

Why am I seeing activity from all my account in recent activity?

The recent activity widget can be filtered to display activity from only the accounts you choose.
