Heidi has been in customer service since 1988 and in the banking industry since 1994 with 20 years of that time in lending. She began her career at First Federal in December 2021.
She received certification from Western CUNA Management School, Pomona College as well as certification from Idaho Credit Union League in Consumer Credit Counseling.
Heidi also received the Soda Springs, Idaho Superhero Award for community service.
She and her husband moved to the Magic Valley area in July 2021. They love traveling, golfing, kayaking, razor riding, spending time with their three daughters and their spouses, and their four grandchildren. Heidi also loves to scrapbook all the wonderful memories she has made.
