Originally from Pennsylvania, Shahnee Holmes has called Idaho home since 2018. With an education degree and over 15 years of experience as a loan officer. Shahnee brings a unique blend of knowledge and compassion to her role. After a brief break from lending to work as a software trainer during the 2009 financial crash, she returned to her passion for helping people secure their homes in 2012.

Shahnee is actively involved in the community serving as an ambassador for Jermore Rotary Club and Twin Falls Chamber of Commerce. She enjoys mountain and gravel biking, as well as home renovation projects, and holds the impressive accomplishment of winning her age group in the Ole Bull Midnight Madness 12-hour mountain bike race three years running.

What Shahnee loves most about her work is helping clients who once thought homeownership was out of reach discover how attainable it really is. She appreciates the generous spirit of the Twin Falls and Jerome communities, where people come together to support one another with kindness and selflessness.

Outside of work, Shahnee enjoys relaxing on her back deck and taking peaceful walks to unwind. If she weren’t in mortgage lending, her dream job would be traveling the world and sharing stories through writing or vlogging.
