Born and raised in Emmett, Idaho, Diane Moffat is proud to be a homegrown mortgage professional who now resides in Caldwell. With 26 years of experience in banking—including mortgage lending, commercial lending, retail banking, and leadership—Diane brings a deep well of knowledge and a genuine passion for serving Idaho families.

Throughout her career, Diane has excelled in roles across the industry. Most recently, she developed and managed the Training Department for a local community bank, building it from the ground up and expanding it into three full training centers. Her dedication and impact have earned her numerous honors, including Manager of the Year, Lender of the Year for Consumer Loans, and multiple Outstanding Volunteer awards.

Diane’s commitment to her community runs just as deep as her banking expertise. She has served as a board member for The Mentoring Network, is a founding member of The Grotto Group, and is known for her heart for service and her desire to uplift those around her. She has also completed the NMLS-approved 20-hour pre-licensing course, further strengthening her knowledge in home lending.

For Diane, the most meaningful part of her work is helping families achieve their goals. She thrives on coaching people, building trust, and forming long-term relationships—not just completing transactions. “I’m all about people. When I work with someone, I’m in it for the long haul,” she shares.

Outside of the office, Diane enjoys hunting and fishing with her family, spending time with her grandchildren, and embracing the strong sense of community that Idaho offers. She loves being part of a team that truly cares about the people it serves.
