Twin Falls Festival of Lights Parade

The annual Twin Falls Festival of Lights Parade will once again illuminate downtown Twin Falls on Friday, December 5. Presented for the fifth year by First Federal Bank, this beloved community tradition continues to grow—now featuring nearly 100 parade entries, sparkling holiday lights, and festive activities for families across the Magic Valley.

This year’s theme, “Sweet Lights & Holiday Delights,” invites local businesses, organizations, and community groups to showcase their creativity as they parade down Main Avenue from Dierkes Street to Jerome Street. The parade gets underway at 6 p.m.

Santa Claus will make his grand entrance riding in First Federal Bank’s iconic red truck sleigh, followed by his live reindeer, provided by Sawtooth Reindeer. Before and after the parade, families can visit Santa and the reindeer at the Downtown Commons from 5–8 p.m.

“There’s truly nothing better than our community gathering for the Festival of Lights Parade. It remains one of my favorite Magic Valley events, and I always enjoy seeing the excitement on the children’s faces as we greet them from the First Federal float,” shared Angela Wells, Customer and Community Engagement Manager for First Federal Bank.

First Federal Bank will once again provide complimentary hot chocolate and cookies at the Downtown Commons—available while supplies last. The bank’s Gingerbread House float will also be donated to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Magic Valley to be auctioned before Christmas, with all proceeds benefiting local youth programs.

The community is encouraged to arrive early, visit with Santa, enjoy treats from First Fed, and help usher in the holiday season at one of Twin Falls’ most beloved traditions.
