Originally from San Diego, Tom Stilinovich brings more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry and a passion for helping people achieve homeownership. After earning his degree in education from the College of Idaho, Tom found his true calling in lending, where his problem-solving mindset and dedication to customer service have made a lasting impact. For the past seven years, he’s been a top performer at First Federal, even earning the distinction of #1 in loan volume in a single month.

Tom’s approach is simple: find solutions, not problems. He’s known for his responsiveness, clear communication, and consistent follow-through, making the home loan process smooth and stress-free for every customer. “I love being part of a team that helps people get into their homes,” Tom says. “It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of that journey.”

Outside the office, Tom is a longtime baseball official who works up to 100 games a year to help keep local youth sports alive amid a shortage of referees. He also enjoys playing pickleball, watching sports, and loyally cheering on his Padres and Chargers even when the wins are hard to come by. His mornings often start with a walk and a strong cup of coffee, setting the tone for a focused and productive day.
