Our Hiring Process

  1. Apply: Submit the online application. Qualified applicants will be automatically sent a required assessment.
  2. Application Review: Applications and assessments are reviewed. 
  3. Interview: Interviews will be scheduled with top applicants.
  4. Offer: An offer of employment will be made to the selected applicant.
  5. Pre-Employment: Upon acceptance, the pre-employment process includes a background check, credit check, and pre-employment drug screen.
  6. Onboard: Hired employees will attend our New Employee Orientation to kick-off their career at First Federal Bank!
