Jessica has been working in the banking industry since 2006 and joined First Federal in 2020. She enjoys communicating with her customers, whether it’s about family or finances. She values the bond with her clients and appreciates when clients come back to her for repeat transactions. She loves seeing the expression on her customers’ faces when she can tell them that their dream car can be theirs, or that they can make that large, needed purchase. She takes pride in helping her customers get out of credit card debt and get back on top of their finances for a more stress-free lifestyle. Jessica is active in the community, participating in Business After Hours, school career days, teaching financial literacy to middle schoolers, and other community activities. Outside of work she enjoys photography, camping, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with her loved ones.
