In-Branch Services Now Available

Our lobby services are now available to walk-in customers during our regular business hours. We will continue to follow added safety and sanitization measures at all locations to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.

What To Expect When Visiting A Branch
  • A team member will greet you to help determine your needs.
  • Customers wearing masks will be asked to provide ID before entering the lobby.
  • All teller stations have plexiglass shields installed.
  • Please stay six feet away from other customers, and follow the guidance of any signs or floor markers.
  • Please use hand sanitizer on your way in and out of the branch.
  • Please do not visit a branch if you are sick.

If you do not need in-person service, we encourage you to utilize the following alternative banking methods.

You can visit our drive-thrus, ATMs, online banking, or automated teller phone for many services.
We appreciate your business and your cooperation in helping to contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Dear First Federal Customer,

As COVID-19 continues to affect almost every aspect of our lives, many of us long for the "way things were" and "getting back to normal." Unfortunately, COVID-19 is one of those events that will almost certainly change some things forever. I expect this pandemic will accelerate the trend of moving more of our life's activities toward digital and remote channels.

But that's not what I want to talk about today. Instead, I would like to talk about some of the things that won't change, like our mission of enhancing your financial wellbeing. We will continue to serve your financial needs and strive to provide you with a great experience. We will continue to offer a safe place for you to save money and lend funds to help you grow your business or buy homes and cars and other things. We will also continue to provide safe and convenient ways for you to access your funds and make payments.

How we do some of these things may change going forward, but the foundation of what we do - serving your financial needs - won't change.

With that in mind, I would like to share some of the things we have been doing to help our customers and communities during this pandemic:

  • Our Business Banking team has worked extraordinary hours to originate almost 700 Paycheck Protection Loans for $70 million to help local employers retain and continue paying their employees.
  • Our Mortgage Lending team has originated over 250 mortgage loans for almost $65 million, helping customers take advantage of the low interest rates and reducing their payments and costs.
  • We have been assisting individuals and businesses negatively impacted by COVID-19 and unable to make loan payments.
  • We have developed a plan to reopen our branch lobbies in a safe manner. You will notice some of the new safety measures the next time you visit a branch. In the meantime, while this pandemic is still ongoing, we encourage you to continue to use our drive-thru lanes or online channels if you do not need in-person service.

Thank you for your relationship and the trust you have placed in us. It is truly our most valued asset. We hope that we have been of help to you during this unsettled time and look forward to continuing to serve you in the future.

All First Federal lobbies are now closed.

In support of the ongoing efforts to protect the safety of our customers and employees, all First Federal lobbies are closed to walk-in traffic. Our drive-thru lanes will remain open. We are monitoring this situation closely and will reopen our lobbies as soon as possible.

In-branch services for new accounts and loans are available by appointment. To make an appointment, please call 208-733-4222.

You can visit our drive-thrus, ATMs, online banking, or automated teller phone for many services.

Even with these lobby closures, all banking services are available. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us for assistance. As the FDIC recently stated, "The safest place for your money is inside a bank. Banks will continue to ensure that their customers have access to funds either directly or electronically."

We appreciate your business and your cooperation in helping to contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Dear Valued First Federal Customer,

As you are aware, we are experiencing truly extraordinary times. The coronavirus pandemic has created a great deal of uncertainty and disruption in our daily lives and will likely continue to do so for a while.

Our branch lobbies remain open at this point, but if you don’t require in-person assistance, we encourage you to take advantage of the many other convenient ways to interact with us, such as:

  • Using mobile and online banking
  • Calling our customer service center or your account officer
  • Using drive-through teller lanes and ATMs.

Of course, our top priority is to keep your money safe and accessible to help you manage your financial needs. We are proud to serve this important role.
